The Selection Committee chose the American architect-artist Richard Saxton to be the next artist in residence at the Wall House. Saxton is a contemporary artist working in the fields of sculpture, architecture, design, and public art. Saxton is also the founder of the public art group municipalWORKSHOP. The municipalWORKSHOP is an interdisciplinary and experimental laboratory focused on the creation of public art projects for non-traditional sites.
Saxton will be in residence at the Wall House from March 25th until June 1st, 2007.
